Dear @macpheek,
You will need to upload all those images to the library again.
As a workaround, you can create a new directory and copy the uploaded images there. You can then reuse those images: https://nimb.ws/yJSU87
In my example I created a directory called “library”.Hope this can help!
Sincerely,
Dear @lsteph,
The videos added to the gallery plugin do not autoplay. You need to click on the video directly for it to play.
Sincerely,
Dear @pil0t395,
The health check deactivates all your active plugins so you could identify the core reason.
Please activate the plugins one by one and see which plugin affects the work of the gallery.
Sincerely,
Dear @brisch,
Can you please share an image that failed to get uploaded in a drive link? Please do not disclose any admin details in the forum.
Sincerely,Dear @brisch,
The gallery plugin has no issues with uploading jpg files with PHP 7.4.
You are most probably facing an issue with the image uploaded.
Would you please try other jpg files? If they are processed properly, send the image causing the issue to us, so we can identify the problem.
Sincerely,
Dear @nthn26,

Dear @macpheek,
Thank you for the inquiry. There are two ways to add images to your gallery.
You can add them to the media library or upload images directly from the plugin:
https://nimb.ws/172PJsWhen you add images from the plugin directly, they are all kept in wp-content/uploads/photo-gallery, thus you can see them in the library.
Can you please verify if the images you are looking for were added to the media library before being added to the gallery?
Sincerely,
Dear @pil0t395,

Can you please use the “inspect element” and see if you have any errors on your site?
