Thank you for the inquiry.After modifying images in your galleries, such as setting watermark or rotating, you might need to bring them back to their original condition. To help accomplish this, Photo Gallery plugin allows you to reset images.

The galleries you have at https://thefrenchcountryhouse.com/accommodation/ are created with a third party plugin, not the 10web gallery one.I dont see the gallery added at https://thefrenchcountryhouse.com/travel-information/.
Would you please try adding the galleries via shortcode? You can generate it from Global settings> general>generate shortcode: https://nimb.ws/aN2bQE

Thanks for the response.The gallery plugin does not have an option to be added as a menu part.
You will need to create a separate gallery page and add that page to your menu.
You can place all your galleries on that dedicated page.

The page you are trying to view is a custom post, so the problem is in your WP theme. There might be no template for custom posts.

I am extremely sorry for the belated response.Every image has three sizes:
(lightbox version(photo-gallery, photo-gallery/imported_from_media_libray), thumbnail(photo-gallery/thumb, photo-gallery/imported_from_media_libray/thumb)
and original(photo-gallery/.original, imported_from_media_libray/.original)).
The “imported_from_media_libray” is just a folder that contains the images.
The files in .original folder are only for resetting images after “rotate”, “set watermark” actions etc, so if you do not use that functionality, you can remove that folder.Sincerely,
