The gallery plugin does not have any limitations regardless of its version.
You can have unlimited images and galleries within the free version a well.
How many images are you trying to upload a time?
Do you see any errors in the console when adding all 60 images at once?Sincerely,

Since the gallery plugin is no longer available on your end, we cant identify the issue with the unpublished galleries.
We are unable to reproduce it on our end.Hope you would consider using the gallery again in the future.

Thank you for the screenshots.Would you please try checking your site theme settings? It might have some options affecting our gallery light box.
As I understand the site is not live, can you please inspect the gallery page and see if you notice any errors there?

The custom post galleries can be visible only to logged-in users.
You might have seen the unpublished galleries since you were logged in.Hope you would consider using our services in future.
