Hi there,

So I adjusted the settings you mentioned above but no luck. it seems to be extremely slow when it comes to backing up the content/uploads section of my site. It will give inactivity warnings and then error From too many attempts.

any ideas?

Hi there,

Does anyone have advice on my above issue? Im not super tech-savvy, so I’m not sure why im running into these problems. My site isn’t super big, but it does have a decent amount of content.

Hi Joost,

Apologies for the last response I replied back to the email, rather than in the forum.

I went ahead and changed the Plugin: BackWPup > Settings > Logs and set Logging Level to Debug.

I then ran the job again and it worked all the way through. I just want to double-check that this is all okay now? I sent a copy of the new log in the original email.
