I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with our plugin. Unfortunately with the details you have provided, we cannot do much for you. For us to help you further, can you provide us the system logs and plugin logs (for when the issue occurs):
system: WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support
Plugin: BackWPup > Settings > Logs and set Logging Level to Debug (not translated), run the job again, then give me the latest debug log file at BackWPUp -> Logs.
Also please let us know what setup you use for your backup. Any details that could help us further in this investigation.

Apologies for the last response I replied back to the email, rather than in the forum.
I went ahead and changed the Plugin: BackWPup > Settings > Logs and set Logging Level to Debug.
I then ran the job again and it worked all the way through. I just want to double-check that this is all okay now? I sent a copy of the new log in the original email.
