yep….that sidebar silly area is stuck as far as I’ve been able to tell.
It looks like you’ve been able to minimize it in your content area, good on you!
You could try centering it in the CSS to at least balance it out, but beyond that I haven’t found a solution.Are you talking about space to the right of the content?? That is standard on this theme and is space for another sidebar with widgets. I haven’t had any luck getting rid of it all together.
If you are talking about a different “white space” please specify, and include a link to your site or a screen shot so we can all see exactly what you’re describing.

If you save that stylesheet it should change everything to white…..
I’ve done it for 3 sites…The bigger trick is making sure your text color is not white in those areas…. I’ll try and find that bit of code as well.

poking around a bit…. I think you can still delete the theme, it’s just a little hidden now.
First change the site to a different activated theme, then click on the “Theme Details” when you hover over the Twenty Fourteen thumbnail….. Bottom right side is a red “Delete”. It doesn’t seem to show up if you’re actively using the theme, at lease it doesn’t for me.Forum: Themes and Templates

second…. (only on the .org) You DID save and let it process in full before closing the “Edit CSS” screen??
or did I miss understand and you are in the theme customizer where it lets you pick a background color? (I see a light grey in that area on your site)

In reply to: [Twenty Fourteen] Add "down" arrows to manu barUm…. On my menus I get a little triangle arrow when I have subitems added to the menu. No code needed, just add pages as items, then sub items as the “list” you want to arrow to.
It’s all part of the “custom > menus” section on your dash board.BTW, what is your site anyway????

I guess I don’t see where to set that up….

You would like this in the area that (at least on the parent theme) is in the “site identity” section in customize? Currently you can add a title and a tagline, you’d like an image logo….correct?
