I couldn’t get it to work adding it to the child theme (currently testing it on another website which needs it to go live sooner than the other one).
I updated the plugin but it doesn’t seem to be built in yet.
Also, for the notifications, I’m the admin of the WordPress site but I don’t want the notifications – these need to go somewhere else. How do I change that as there doesn’t seem to be an option under Emails?
Thank you for the template structure and that is good news on the new version!
I’m still evaluating the plugin on the staging site. For now I’ve added HTML to the template archive-event.php. This solution will do for now but I’m not sure where to save this file in the child-theme. I’m using The Events Calendar on 12 websites (all with a similar layout to this one) so ideally if there’s a simpler solution that would be good.
Thank you for the quick response. The titles on the individual event pages are fine. It’s the main event listing page where the title is needed See the below screenshot. “Events Archive” displays in the tab. If you look at the live site (which is still using the other plugin) you can see the Events title and intro text that I want to add https://www.plasmaenan.co.uk/events/

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Category colors don’t workI had followed those instructions but it didn’t work. The Category colour plugin didn’t automatically deactivate. When I deactivated it and edited one of the existing colours then it started working.

In reply to: [Ultimate Addons for Elementor] H1 title hiddenSorry, I didn’t receive a notification of your first reply.
Checking the customizer I can’t see anywhere that the page title is disabled. I checked Post Types and each one has the Page Title Area active.
All the pages use the Default Template so presumably this is the default layout from Astra as I didn’t edit any templates.
For the individual pages, under Astra settings “disable title” isn’t ticked. Everything else is Customizer default.

In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] Bug with Screen OptionsThank you. That seems to work.
After a lot of testing and removing content I ended up copying the content from the main worksheet into a new sheet, deleting the old one and it worked. I don’t know what the difference was but at least now it’s working. Thanks for your help.
Thanks. I’ve tried manually re-typing each worksheet title but it’s still the same. Could it be related to any content in the sheet?

In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] Tickets missing from pageI just noticed the The Events Calendar section where you set the date is completely missing from the page. It’s also not in the Screen Options section at the top of the page. I discovered this when I tried setting up a new event with a ticket – there was nowhere to select the date/time. I tried rolling back the Events Calendar plugin to 6.3 but still the same. I also tried deactivating the tickets plugin but the date is still missing. Also, WordPress updated yesterday so wondering if that’s the cause?
I activated the Debug log. On the staging site there was this error:
PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /home/sites/9b/d/d556a93e65/staging_html/wp-includes/class-wp-fatal-error-handler.php on line 76
On the live site I increased the memory limit and still got a memory error but this time it’s bigger:
PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 2097152 bytes) in /home/sites/9b/d/d556a93e65/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-recovery-mode.php on line 178
The site is using PHP 8.
The plugin log itself isn’t producing any errors (or at least the log is empty).

In reply to: [wpForo Forum] Moderator functions missingThanks. The usergroups were synchronized. The only way I could get it to work was to turn off the synchronization in wpForo > Settings > Login & Registration admin page (I couldn’t find this before), and then manually change the user’s forum access.
Thank you. After a LOT of testing I discovered it’s something to do with memberships. If I delete the membership then it works. I thought a student needed to be part of a membership in order to sign up but it appears not to be the case. When it just has a free Access Plan associated with the course everything works.
