1) i got a Mail regarding my payment from:

2) When i submit tickets:
I got several Mails that told me my request was submitted, but no answers:

3)my mail is hostet by microsoft. (office365)

4) no Mails from y in the spam folder …

i did not get any Mail ( also no Spam)

6) Maybe your Mails are blocked by the microsoft server??
