Please try disabling that plugin just for test. If you have any other similar plugins, try that on them too. If problem persists, you may want to check file permissions on these files/folders. Hi, are you trying to do this with non-admin user? Maybe he does not have access to admin content? Do you have any third party used for advanced role management? Thanks.

Hi, this is not possible to achieve with AG Custom Admin, but you can try this out with Cusmin. This is premium version of AGCA plugin that is currently in Beta, and available for free exclusively for our EAP customers.

If there’s a capability that can distinguish these two types of admins, than you can set it on General page of the plugin.
Please check browser’s console for potential JavaScript errors.

This was occasionally a problem in earlier AGCA versions, but today’s AGCA is much more stable than it was few years ago. It’s perfectly fine to update it after WordPress, and we should probably remove that answer from the docs.
Just make sure to regularly keep everything up to date.
