AGCA causing menu items to not display correctly? | WordPress.org

Hi,

My Appearance menu is hiding many of the menu options (widget, menu etc) when i’m logged in as Admin, and AGCA menu customisations is set to not apply to administrators. (although these menu options shouldn’t be disappearing anyway.

It looks like the problem is with AGCA. I’m getting the following console error:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden):

http://[domain]/wp-content/plugins/ag-custom-admin/require/dynamic.php?type=js&context=admin&ver=changed_theme

Do you know why this is happening?

Hi, are you trying to do this with non-admin user? Maybe he does not have access to admin content? Do you have any third party used for advanced role management? Thanks.

Hi,

I am logged in as an administrator when this is happening.

Yes I’m using WPFront User Role Editor to manage roles/permissions.

Please try disabling that plugin just for test. If you have any other similar plugins, try that on them too. If problem persists, you may want to check file permissions on these files/folders.
