In reply to: [UpdraftPlus: WP Backup & Migration Plugin] Logging Out ProblemHi,
Have you got any redirect plugins/rules on your WordPress install?
Best Wishes,
Ashley
Thanks, can you send the log file from this latest backup?
The second screenshot you sent shows that Google Drive is not authorised, in the first log file you sent this wasn’t a enabled remote storage option.
Have you accidentally enabled Google Drive as it is not authorised but enabled UpdraftPlus will try to upload to this and the upload will fail.
Best Wishes,
Ashley
Hi David,
Looking at the log file you sent, the backup was successful and uploaded the backup to Dropbox.
Can you check your Dropbox to confirm that the backup files were indeed uploaded.
The error was in a WordPress file used when sending the email report.
What version of WordPress and UpdraftPlus are you using?
Best Wishes,
Ashley
Hi David,
Please could you send us a copy of the latest backup log where this error occurs?
This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Pastebin, and post the link here.Best Wishes,
Ashley

In reply to: [UpdraftPlus: WP Backup & Migration Plugin] [REQ] Show size of Backup fileHi,
You can actually see this information and more in the existing backups tab, if you double click/tap etc on the backup date a modal with more information appears.
Hope that helps, if you have any further questions please don’t hesitate to ask.

In reply to: [UpdraftPlus: WP Backup & Migration Plugin] Cannot save settingsHi Steve,
I’m not sure if there are any known conflicts, but can you temporarily deactivate wp clone and try and save your settings once again.
It is possible that there is a conflict, since its another backup-type plugin.
Best wishes,
Ashley

In reply to: [UpdraftPlus: WP Backup & Migration Plugin] Cannot save settingsOk thanks,
Could you try to replace the file with a new copy from a download of WordPress 4.7.3 from the wordpress.org website, just to confirm there is nothing wrong with the file.

In reply to: [UpdraftPlus: WP Backup & Migration Plugin] Cannot save settingsHi Steve,
That file “admin-ajax.php” is a WordPress file that Updraftplus needs in order to make AJAX calls (save settings is one of them) it seems Updraftplus can not find this file please could you check that file does exist in the “wp-admin” folder.
If this file does not exist then you can download a fresh copy of WordPress 4.7.3 from the wordpress.org website then copy that file from the downloaded copy to your server copy.
Then refresh the Updraftplus settings page and try again.
Best Wishes,
Ashley

Hi,
When creating a backup as most remote storage options don’t have the ability to create a zip on their end, we create the zip files for each component (themes, plugins etc) in the updraft folder.
Once they are uploaded to remote storage they will get automatically removed.
If you do an update or restore UpdraftPlus will append (-old) to the old versions there is a button in UpdraftPlus that will show if it detects these and when this button is pressed will remove them.
You can also manually remove these if you want.
If you have any further questions please don’t hesitate to ask.
Best Wishes,
Ashley
