Thank you so much for your feedback, I will report it to our team.
If you need further help, feel free to open a new thread.Hello @ginavicente ,
Thank you for reaching out. Usually, Complianz and caching plugins like LiteSpeed don’t work well together when caching the whole page. If delaying and deferring the JS didn’t work, please try excluding the entire plugin, and in the process, also exclude the CSS content.
Please let me know how it goes. I remain at your disposal.Forum: Plugins

The code of force-cookies-on-root.php is available here in GitHub inside this link:
https://github.com/Really-Simple-Plugins/complianz-integrations/blob/master/Cookies/force-cookies-on-root.php
You can follow the instruction put as a comment, it’s very straightforward. I suggest you to put the file inside every folder if needed.Forum: Plugins

The developers got back to me and provided a link to their GitHub. Here’s an MU plugin that will whitelist a script: GitHub link.
Keep in mind this is an empty script, so you will need it to modify to suit your needs, you can place it in the
wp-content/mu-plugins/directory. Just to be sure, please clear the cache once you’ve done this. Please keep me updated on how it goes.

Hi @iliafrescocom ,
Thank you for your patience. It’s not possible to enable the EU banner while adhering to the USA opt-out laws. If you prefer to offer an opt-in banner, I suggest enabling the EU banner, which will allow users to make a choice. However, please keep in mind that enabling the EU banner will compliance only to the EU laws.

Could you provide me with some screenshots or a video through loom.com? I tried to replicate this issue in my test environment with no luck. With more information, I can create a task directly for our developers so they can take a closer look if necessary.
@rainbowgeek , thank you for sharing this valuable information!
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Sure, we totally support WP Multisite and this capability. You can learn more here: Complianz for WordPress Multisite Installations. In this case, since you are setting everything up with one domain, the standard version of Complianz should be enough. Just make sure to enable the “Set cookie banner cookies on root domain” feature in Complianz → Settings → General. We have a guide for this here: Cross-Domain Cookie Consent and another one here: Set Cookies on Root Domain MU Plugin.
Hope this helps.

Thank you for reaching out.You can block these scripts by blocking the original URL before the consent is given by the user in the Script Center. For more details on how to use the Script Center and understand whats better for your needs, please refer to point number 3 in this guide: Complianz integration guide.
Hope this helps!
