In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Stops Burst Statistics WorkingHello @nickdgreen,
Thank you for reaching out.
I’ve tested Burst and Complianz on multiple platforms, and they worked every time. Could you share any recent steps that might have impacted Burst? Also, have you tried rolling back to a previous version of Burst? If not, I suggest using WP-Rollback to test this.
Please let me know, looking forward to hearing from you.
Hello @martinambrus ,
Thank you for reaching out.Have you tried completing the wizard with a standard WP theme enabled? If it still doesn’t work in that case either, there may be REST API issues preventing the wizard from being saved. Could you please re-finish the entire wizard again with the browser console open? If any errors appear, please send me a screenshot or a Loom.com video.
Thank you in advance, looking forward to hearing from you.

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Not showing on mobileHello @jeffz8 ,
Thank you for reaching out.
I have checked your site and noticed that Complianz is no longer installed or active. This makes it harder to determine the issue. In the meantime, were there any errors appearing in the console while finishing the wizard?
Looking forward to hearing from you.

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Local language file errorHello @nblund ,
We have initiated the necessary steps to handle the translations, but it may take some time. In the meantime, if you’d like to contribute to our Danish translations, that would be amazing!

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] The created page has no contentHello @elpwp ,
Thank you for reaching out.
If this issue occurs across all projects, it likely indicates a problem with the theme or template being used. Could you please try switching to a different theme or template? It’s possible that the current theme isn’t properly loading the legal document shortcode, which is causing the issue.
Let me know.Hello @peopleinside ,
Thank you from the Team for pointing that out.Hello @kevintkc ,
In this case, we have this mu-plugin + CSS that could be very useful to you. Please check here: https://complianz.io/add-a-link-to-show-the-cookie-banner/.
I hope this helps.Hello @kevintkc ,
Thank you for reaching out.
This is an unusual request. I’m sorry to inform you that this goes beyond the scope of Complianz, and we don’t have any functionality or mu-plugin that allows a user to achieve this.

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] accessibility issueHello @tefnuttom ,
The implementation of the aria-label in such fields is on our roadmap, so it’s something we’ll be working on. In the meantime, you can overcome this by using a custom banner. You can learn how to create one from scratch here: https://complianz.io/create-your-own-banner-from-scratch/.
I hope this helps!

Hello @oclair ,
Thank you for reaching out.
I’ve checked your site across multiple browsers, and I see that the banner appears and works fine in all of them. Here’s a screenshot: https://prnt.sc/OyS57RgOeaLH.
I highly suggest clearing both your browser’s cache and the WordPress cache.

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Slider Revolution does not displayHello @eagerbob ,
Thanks for suggesting this alternative and easier solution. For reference, the font scripts are inside the SR7.js, so I imagine they load every time.
Thanks again, and I hope this thread helps more users in the future!

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Slider Revolution does not displayHello @eagerbob ,
Thank you for reaching out!
In that particular case, we recommended contacting our ticketing system because the issue was unique.
After further investigation, we discovered that Revolution Slider was integrating Google Font code, which is often blocked by Complianz prior to consent. This occurs due to two options enabled in Complianz:- “Will you self-host Google Fonts?” in Wizard > Consent > Services
If you select “No”, Complianz will block any known Google Fonts URLs before consent, as indicated in the Wizard. - Google Font service in Integrations > Services
When this is enabled, Complianz will block these URLs:fonts.googleapis.comajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/webfontfonts.gstatic.com
There are a couple of solutions to this issue:
- The simplest option is to select Yes for “Will you self-host Google Fonts?” and disable the Google Fonts integration.
- Alternatively, you can use a mu-plugin to whitelist SR7 font scripts. This will allow you to continue blocking Google Fonts before consent while keeping the “self-host” option set to No and the service enabled.
You can find it here: https://www.mediafire.com/file/5wr14tiann0uadk/whitelist-script.php/file. You can simply drag and drop it inside wp-content/mu-plugins.
I hope this helps! Let me know if this solve the issue.

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] inline cookie scriptHello @quikalex ,
I understand your decision. If you ever decide to come back to Complianz, you can explore the “Block a script, iframe, or plugin” feature in the Script Center. It allows you to block any desired script before consent is given. You can learn more about it here: https://complianz.io/integrating-plugins/.
Regards.
