Got it working.
In my case I am using Litespeed cache plugin, and I had to:01. (admin.php?page=litespeed-page_optm)
Set this option:
Load Inline JS
Load inline JS after DOM is fully loaded.
This can increase JS compatibility and reduce JS error when the previous JS optimization features are enabled.
Deferred is recommended.- Default (before)
- After DOM Ready
- Deferred (now selected)
02. Clear (Purge All);

GT Metrix: 3.2 secOn my main site with 59 active plugins, I get:
GT Metrix: 2.3 sec
I use Oxygen Builder with WP Fastest Cache and Asset CleanUp.This is a test that Siteground can easily do by themselves.

This only happens in Gutenberg. I use the Classic Editor. A fix will be needed.

I didn’t received any email notification.I just updated to Version 1.3.0 and the problem is now gone.
Maybe the problem was only on my side (cache issue?)…The issue I was having, was at:
wp-admin/customize.php
I could not see the menu:- Site Identity
- Menus
- Widgets
- Homepage Settings
- Additional CSS

Altough, isn’t the same as this setting here:
wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpuf-settings
My Account -> Post Submission -> Enable if you want to allow users to submit post from the account page.
