    UPDATE: Problem solved. It WAS a plugin causing the issue, but not WooCommerce. It was a contact form plugin downloaded long ago. I ended up contacting my hosting company and they were able to disable it for me since I could not get to it.

    Thank you for all the responses. I don’t understand a lot of this, though. My knowledge about websites has faded over the years. Hence, why I use WordPress – it was easy and I could apply my limited knowledge of HTML from many moons ago to my site. Now, I’m completely lost. I can’t access my site from anything, and I do all my work on the site directly in WP-admin, which I also can’t access. I’ve been to all those links, spent hours on the WPBeginner.com site, but nothing is working. I don’t know how to do php or debugging or anything. My host doesn’t seem to have any info cause my website is created directly on WP-admin. Any advice from here? I can’t have a non-functioning site. 🙁

    Downloaded FileZilla and tried the ftp route. Here is what happens:

    Status: Resolving address of angiemartinbooks.com
    Status: Connecting to 69.195.124.134:21…
    Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message…
    Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
    Error: Could not connect to server

    How do I retrieve via server backup?
