Greetings,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
The WooCommerce emails are actual templates (like theme files) so it means you can translate whatever is localized using gettext in them –https://codex.wordpress.org/Plugin_API/Filter_Reference/gettext.
Our plugin doesn’t yet detect these strings because they are not visible in the front-end, only processed. The good news is that most languages already have these translated properly.
Out of order emails like reminders (if you use subscriptions) will also be sent in the user language as we store the user language, starting with TranslatePress – Multilingual version 2.3.5+ and WooCommerce version 6.8+, in order to know in what language we should send the email — https://translatepress.com/docs/translating-woocommerce-emails/.
Hello there,
Thanks for reaching out!
This should not be happening. Please get back to us here if you encounter this again.
Keep in mind that if this becomes an issue you should be able to limit the character count directly from the API.

Hello there,
Thanks for contacting us regarding your issue!
Would you mind sending over a link to such a page where you encounter this?
I tried using the same options on my instance but I did not encounter your problem.
Since this looks a lot like a conflict with some other code, the first/next recommended step is the conflict test (ideally in a staging environment):
Briefly disable all other plugins and enable the default Twenty Twenty theme. Please also disable all add-ons. If this fixes the problem, as it probably will, enable everything one by one, checking each time to see when the problem returns.
Please let us know when you find the conflict so that we can take a look and see what we can do about it.

Hello there,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Our plugin should be compatible with most of the plugins from the market due to it’s ‘out of the box’ implementation.
Try using TranslatePress with any such mentioned plugins and let us know if you encounter any issues along the way.
Hello,
Thank you for your message.
If you want to display different content for the different language you can use our Conditional Shortcode Based On Language. You can insert it in a text box, shortcode block from your page back-end.
Also, you can translate the external links using the link translation function from the Translation Editor.
Let me know if there’s anything else.
Best Regards,
Hello there,
We deeply apologize for the delayed response.
In order to translate SEO elements on your website we have a premium Addon but we are not allowed to speak of such matters on wp.org .
Please get back to us here if you need any further details.

If the automatic translation is not working, please go to the TP Settings –> Automatic Translation tab and use the Test API Key button to test if you have any errors in the API response.
If no errors, be sure to not have any “Unsupported languages” message at the button of the same tab. If you have, please use the “Recheck” button (the message should be cleared) and hit “Save Changes” after. This should start the automatic engine.Looking forward to your reply.

If a string isn’t selectable with the pencil tool, you can search for it using the list of strings, https://translatepress.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/meta_information.png, available for translation from the Translation Editor, https://translatepress.com/docs/translation-editor/.
Let me know in case you are still not able to translate the quizzes.
Hello there,
It appears just when you have HTML inside the string, like bolded words or links.
For the time being try using the Translation Block to wrap the content you need merged:
https://translatepress.com/docs/translation-editor/#translation-blocksYou have to keep in mind that the entire content will merged into one string, so any changes made to the original text will invalidate your translation.
Another approach would be to use our Conditional Shortcode:

Hello there,
We deeply apologize for the delayed response.
There has been a great load on our support team in the past few days, but such a long reply time is very uncommon.
Would you mind if you sent over a couple of screenshots so I can better understand the issue at hand?

I have forwarded this to our team and you should see it implemented in the future versions of TP.
Thank you for recommending this!
Hey there,
We apologize for not getting back to you any sooner.
I’m glad you did manage to find a fix for this by yourself.

Hello there,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Our plugin does not allow changing internal links based on the chosen language – for the time being.
You can use our Conditional Shortcode Based On Language to display different content for different languages https://translatepress.com/docs/translation-shortcode/.
In this manner you can make a different button for your other language that is displayed only on the secondary version.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
Hello there,
Thank you for contacting us regarding your question.
Please tell me what do you mean by unused strings. Are you referring to strings without translations in the database?
Looking forward to your reply.
