We are not sure if you are referring to the clients are customers or employees. If you are referring to customers, you can configure the “Minimum time required before canceling” and “Minimum time required before rescheduling” options for each service on the Amelia/Services/Settings page.

Hello, thank you for providing us us with a feedback on Amelia plugin.
We wanted to check with you if you are referring to increments on the back-end, because there is a specific option for that on the Amelia/Settings/Roles/Admin page, the name of the option is “Booking Time Slots will depend on the service duration”. That option needs to be disabled.
Please check if that option is enabled and if we are right with the assumption that you are referring to back-end booking.

- At the moment, in the first step of the booking form, you can choose employee, service and location, then choose how many people will be coming to appointment, then choose date and time, then enter customer information along with custom fields (if set up). The last step is the choice of payment method.
- Yes, this is possible as each employee can be connected to a separate Google Calendar.
- At the moment, there is no such option, but there is a plan to implement this in the future.
