Hello, thank you for reaching out to us.
For that purpose, you can uncheck the “Display field” option on the Amelia/Customize page.
Hello, thank you for clearing that up.
You can find this icon at the following path: root_folder/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking//v3/src/assets/img/icons/onSite.svg
And just replace it with your new image.
Thank you for your feedback, @charlesrodmell but it seems we’re going a bit off-topic here.
In the original review, the pain point was this (and we quote):
But what if I don’t WANT my KNOWN (logged-in) users to have to create a separate Amelia login? Then the user will need to use the link in the email. But what if I don’t want to send an email… what if I just want my ALREADY LOGGED-IN USER to be able to simple view their appointments? There is no way.
This has been resolved and once a known (logged-in) user books an appointment, they create a link between a customer in Amelia and the WP user. Once they are logged into WordPress, they only need to access Amelia’s Customer Panel page, and they’ll automatically be logged in, without the need to log in again.
As for the booking form itself, the form has to have email/name fields and we’re pretty confident when we say that (if not all) the majority of booking plugins require details to be entered when someone books an appointment. There’s no way anyone can prevent a customer from entering anybody’s details.
We apologize if we misunderstood, and if that’s the case, please explain in more detail what exactly you were referring to.
Hello everyone and thank you very much for your patience.
In the meantime, our development team made it possible to use a single login for Amelia, WordPress, and WooCommerce, as well as some membership plugins. Please check the explanation below:
In order to allow existing WordPress users to log both into WordPress (or WooCommerce, or some membership plugin) and Amelia using the same credentials, customers and employees in Amelia need to have “Amelia Customer” or “Amelia Employee” user role assigned to them.
If there’s a created WordPress user, but they don’t yet have anything purchased through Amelia, you need to enable “Automatically create Amelia Customer user” in Amelia Settings/Roles/Customer, and then – after they log into their WordPress user, once they land on Amelia’s booking page, their details will already be populated, and once they purchase the appointment, they’ll be added to Amelia/Customers; linked to the WordPress user, and they will be able to visit the Amelia Customer Panel without logging in (since they’re already logged in as a WordPress user).
If you already created a user with “Amelia Customer” but they haven’t purchased anything with Amelia yet, that user won’t be linked to any customers you have in Amelia, so before they are able to log into Amelia’s Customer Panel, they either need to book an appointment while they’re logged into WordPress, WooCommerce, or a membership plugin, or you need to create a customer by going into Amelia/Customers/Add Customer. When you create a customer, link that customer to the WordPress user, and that’s it. After that, they will be able to log in with the same password that’s used for logging into WordPress.
Please take a look at our video about this: https://youtu.be/nm7f7RDSYow
Please note: The video linked above is a year old and since then we’ve updated the plugin even more. Since v6.2.3, the password change of Customer/Employee also applies to linked WordPress users.

In reply to: [Booking for Appointments and Events Calendar - Amelia] Available timesHello, thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia’s built-in features. You can suggest that feature on the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/
We carefully follow suggestions from our customers and the more vote the feature gets, the more priority we put on implementing that feature in one of the future updates.

Hello,
As for the text below icons, it is possible to change this now, but it’s not a perfect solution.
You need to go to ameliabooking/public/js/chunks/ folder and open the file that looks like this:
amelia-booking-booking-e699bcfa2244b52e0818.js
The hash may be different, so if it’s not “e699bcfa2244b52e0818” it is something else, it’s important to look for amelia-booking-booking-hash.js
When you edit this file, look for “On-Site”, “Paypal”, “Stripe”, “Online” (case sensitive), and you’ll see this:
case"paypal":return"Paypal";case"stripe":return"Stripe";case"onsite":return"On-Site";case"mollie":return"Online"You can change all values in quotations, after “return” and it will change on the front-end, so for example, change:
return"On-Site"To:
return"Invoice"And so on. Our developers are working on a more elegant solution, but at this time, it’s the best one we can offer.
The file I told you to modify is the step-by-step [ameliabooking] form, so if you’re using [ameliacatalog], you’d need to change a different file (same folder, only amelia-booking-catalog-hash.js).
Hello Chris, thank you for reaching out to us.
For that purpose, you can configure the “Successful Cancellation Redirect URL” and “Unsuccessful Cancellation Redirect URL” options on the Amelia/Settings/Notifications page.
Hello, for that purpose, you can set days off for the provider from October 20th, 2023.

Hello, thank you for reaching out to us.
Issues like this can occur if your WordPress site is set to be in a different time zone. Since Amelia doesn’t have any time zone settings, it inherits the time zone from WordPress. If your time zone is in UTC+/- format, please change it by selecting the city near you. Also, please check if you enabled “Show bookings in customer’s time zone” in Amelia’s General settings.
If you are in a different time zone than your WordPress site is, and you’ve enabled this option, the times on front-end will show available time slots in your time zone, which will be the time you set in the back-end +/- the time difference (depending on where you are in regards to the time zone set in WordPress’ General settings).
