In reply to: [Booking for Appointments and Events Calendar - Amelia] Email notificationsHi there, thank you for using Amelia,
It’s best if you contact us via our helpdesk, we are not aware of any country restrictions. Can you please try to open again?
Until then, unfortunately, we can provide only generic answers:
- Try to enable all logs for PHP, Mailcatcher, etc.
- Then, after trying to launch the cronjobs, review what’s in there: was the execution successful? Did mails go out? Are there any errors reported? If yes, on which side? Or there’s no sign of it even trying to launch?
Basically, error messages are usually self-explanatory, and by just enabling the debug you can tell what’s the issue.
First step would anyway be to localize: a) Is the cronjob not executing at all (which would mean it’s either not at all available on your server, or not configured correctly), b) It is executing, but the emails are not sent (in which case there is an issue with mailing configuration).
Thank you!

In reply to: [Booking for Appointments and Events Calendar - Amelia] Any employeeHi there, thank you for using Amelia and for the kind words!
Of course, you can even hide the employee selection completely if you like.
Basically, employee selection is not mandatory (as you see, there’s no “*” beside it), so while booking you can just go to the next step after picking the service. You can also hide this selection, or adjust this label if you like.
Check out the documentation for more details: https://wpamelia.com/step-by-step-booking-form-2-0/
Thank you!

In reply to: [Booking for Appointments and Events Calendar - Amelia] Event URLsHi there, we’re glad to hear that you’re considering Amelia!
The best way to do that would be to use the event ID in the shortcode or block that you’re adding to your page. This way you can add a specific event to the page, without showing other events you have in the list or calendar: https://wpamelia.com/events-list-booking-view/
Please let us know if we can help with anything else.
Thank you!

Hello Jake, thank you for reaching out to us.
I could not open the page that you attached to your query. Can you please resend the URL so I can perform checks?
Hello, thank you for reaching out to us.
We have noted this issue with the latest version of BuddyBoss and our developers are working on resolving it. In the meantime, you can downgrade the BuddyBoss plugin version to 2.3.2.

In reply to: [Booking for Appointments and Events Calendar - Amelia] Show appointmentsHello Joni,
Are you reffering to all appointments being visible to all the customers and employees? If that is the case, unfortunately, this is not possible with the Amelia’s plugin.

In reply to: [Booking for Appointments and Events Calendar - Amelia] Show appointmentsHello Joni,
At the moment, our developers are busy for any type of customization, but your suggestion will be passed to our management.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Hello, thank you for reaching back out to us.
The employee feature is only available in the Premium version of the Amelia plugin.
Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia’s built-in features. You can suggest that feature on the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/
We carefully follow suggestions from our customers and the more vote the feature gets, the more priority we put on implementing that feature in one of the future updates.

Hello, thank you for reaching out to us.
Yes, it is possible for the employee field to be hidden and the system will automatically assign the available employee.
Hello, thank you for reaching out to us.
At the moment, this is how it works. We have a plan to add the option for booking appointments that are longer that 24 hours, but there is no ETA on this.
