In reply to: [Booking for Appointments and Events Calendar - Amelia] Error InfrastructureHello there.
We can’t access the page without logging in.
Can you please inspect the console and send us the error that comes up in the “Network” tab?
Also, please try downloading the installation file again and perform a manual update:
Access Amelia Settings/Activation and make sure that the “Delete Amelia content” slider is disabled.
Then, go to your Plugins section and deactivate the plugin. If you’re using WordPress 5.8+, you’ll be able to go to the Plugins section/Add New, and upload the file you previously downloaded.
When you upload the file, WordPress will inform you that you’re replacing the plugin with the new version, so just confirm that. After the plugin is installed, activate it, and make sure to purge all cache from your website.
Let us know if that helps.
Hello there.
Sorry for the late response.
It seems there was an issue with the auto-update. Please perform a manual update and it should work fine after that.

Hello there.
Sorry for the late response.
At this time, using Google Reserve with Amelia is not possible. We’ll forward the suggestion to our developers, so they can work on it in the future, but at the time being it can’t be done.
Kind regards
Glad to be able to assist you.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.

In reply to: [Booking for Appointments and Events Calendar - Amelia] Changing time slotsHello Joel, thank you for reaching out to us.
For that purpose, you need to set the working hours on the Amelia/Settings/Provider details page.
Hope this helps you.
Hello, thank you for reaching out to us.
You need to add that information on the Amelia/Settings/Company page.
Hope this helps you.
Hello Kristen, thank you for reaching back out to us.
At the moment, there is no option to create multiple pricing options for a single service in the lite version of the Amelia plugin.
The duration depends on the Default Time Slot step which is configured in General Settings of Amelia.
The duration you want to set needs to be dividable by that default time slot step, so if you want to create services that last 30 minutes, 60 minutes, and 1.5 hours, you would need to set the default time slot step to 30 minutes (because all 3 durations are dividable by it).
If, however, you need to configure a service (or employee’s work hours, or buffer times – anything that’s related to duration) that lasts 40 minutes, you would need to lower the default time slot step to 10 minutes, and so on.
Unfortunately, the customize page is not available in the lite version of the plugin.
You can enable the “Set a phone number as a mandatory field” option on the Amelia/Settings/General page.
In order to allow existing WordPress users to log both into WordPress (or WooCommerce, or some membership plugin) and Amelia using the same credentials, customers and employees in Amelia need to have “Amelia Customer” or “Amelia Employee” user role assigned to them.
If there’s a created WordPress user, but they don’t yet have anything purchased through Amelia, you need to enable “Automatically create Amelia Customer user” in Amelia Settings/Roles/Customer, and then – after they log into their WordPress user, once they land on Amelia’s booking page, their details will already be populated, and once they purchase the appointment, they’ll be added to Amelia/Customers; linked to the WordPress user, and they will be able to visit the Amelia Customer Panel without logging in (since they’re already logged in as a WordPress user).
If you already created a user with “Amelia Customer” but they haven’t purchased anything with Amelia yet, that user won’t be linked to any customers you have in Amelia, so before they are able to log into Amelia’s Customer Panel, they either need to book an appointment while they’re logged into WordPress, WooCommerce, or a membership plugin, or you need to create a customer by going into Amelia/Customers/Add Customer. When you create a customer, link that customer to the WordPress user, and that’s it. After that, they will be able to log in with the same password that’s used for logging into WordPress.
Please take a look at our video about this: https://youtu.be/nm7f7RDSYow
Please note: If you change the password of the employee, or the customer through WordPress, the same password will apply to Amelia’s Panels, but if you change the password through the Customer or the Employee Panel in Amelia, that password will not be applied to the WordPress user role. This is because Amelia doesn’t require a WordPress user to be created in order to grant access to the panels – that is optional, and Amelia can’t modify the password for WordPress users.
Hello, this has been resolved in the latest version of the Amelia plugin.
Thank you for your patience.
Hello, thank you for reaching out to us.
As custom fields are connected to the appointments, there is no option to export them along with customer information. In order to export custom fields, you can do so with the export option on the Amelia/Appointments page.
Hope this helps you.
Hello, thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia’s built-in features. You can suggest that feature on the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/
We carefully follow suggestions from our customers and the more vote the feature gets, the more priority we put on implementing that feature in one of the future updates.

Hi there, thank you for your interest in Amelia plugin,
The free version supports one service provider (employee), you can configure the availability schedule for him/her in the settings. Once you configure certain days to be unavailable, these days won’t be available for booking. Also only the available time slots within the available days will be listed.
Payments are available in the full version, however, we are considering adding this option to the free version as well.
Both Stripe and PayPal are supported in the full version, and also you can integrate Amelia with WooCommerce, and use any payment gateway that’s configured in WooCommerce.
Hope this helps – please let us know if you have any other questions.
Thank you!
