Can you please check if you have the Time zone on the WordPress/General settings page set to one of the UTC +/- time zones? If so, please switch it to the city that your business is based in and let us know if that resolves the issue.

IN Amelia, there is an option to set limits for customer bookings, but only a specific number of appointments in the specific time frame.
For example, you can set the limit of 3 appointments per week, but there is no option to set it also to be 16 appointments lifetime.

An issue with email notifications could be caused by several reasons:
- Your hosting provider is blocking all 3rd party settings and only allowing their SMTP (or other) settings.
- Your website has a PHP version of less than 7.
- The credentials are not correct.
- There’s something else blocking the notifications from being sent.
- If you’re using Gmail, please check out this article for detailed setup instructions.
Please check these points, and let us know if you were able to resolve the issue.

When you integrate WooCommerce with Amelia, there will be a one default WooCommerce product that will be associated with Amelia services.
On the WooCommerce/Products page, you can choose which products are not displayed on the products page on the front-end.
As Amelia has coupon option, there will be no need to use WooCommerce coupons with Amelia and yes, you can choose which coupons are assigned to specific services in Amelia.
Amelia is designed to work with WooCommerce, not its add-ons, so integration with this (or any other extension) is not confirmed, and we can’t guarantee that it will work, but we leave space for clients to check in with them as well – because perhaps WooCommerce finds a way to overcome this for plugins like ours.

- We understand your concern regarding multiple tickets and the potential overlap in questions or issues. Upon reviewing all your tickets, we noticed similarities in topics, which may have shifted during the course of the conversation. We apologize for any delays experienced, and we are committed to addressing this by providing additional training for our agents. It’d be greatly appreciated if you could create a ticket focused solely on feedback for improving our documentation.
