As we can see on your page, you are using Product Ad template which means you have created a separate shortcode for each & every image. Now there is a certain quota(Transaction per second) allocated to every user(more details here) to hit requests to get these images. Due to so many shortcodes on a page, few of requests are not being served due to exceeding allowed quota. It’s better to use Product Grid template & customize it as per your site by which you can show 10 products in one shortcode.

That’s great to hear that second set of credentials are working fine for you now. Regarding your first set of credentials, the error is due to wrong secret keys entered. But we are still wondering that why it worked on your local set up & not on bluehost. But anyways since the second set of credentials are working for you, it’s fine. Resolving this thread for now. Feel free to re-open this is if you are still facing any issue.

1. Have you added any store-ids on settings page? If not please do that first.

Adding to what you said, you just need to remove the text {{CurrentPrice}} & place your custom text instead of that. This help to show the price word in different languages as per the marketplace for which shortcode is added.

The search bar is grayed out due to two reasons:
1. Your PA-API credentials are empty.
2. You have not added any store-ids on the settings page.The same will be displayed to you when you hover over the grayed out area. Please enter above entries and let us know if it’s working you after that

Thank you for using the Amazon Associates Link Builder plugin.
Some products are not eligible for promotions through the Amazon Associates program. These products are automatically excluded from the search results in the Product Advertising API, which is used by the Amazon Associates Link Builder plugin to fetch product lists and details. Please see this page for an explanation of all error messages that you would see on your page. Hope this helps.

Thanks for your feedback. Below are the answers to your questions:
1. The i.wp.com , ssl=1 are added by Photon in Jetpack. You can look on Jetpack site about their usages and how to disable them if you want.
2. You have to create a custom template by cloning original template on Plugin’s Templates page. Further you need to adjust CSS to resize the image. This forum post might help you.
3. There is no issue in making SubscriptionId public. Currently there is no plan to provide short links.
4. No as of now, it’s not possible to use a product image other than the one provided.Forum: Plugins

We tested with Graphene theme v2.1.2 on our setup and plugin is working fine with this theme. Also, as we can see on your website, the Product Carousel template is present.

We will surely assist you. We want you to try out the test your Product Advertising API(PA-API) credentials on PA-API scratch pad. Please do the following for the same:
1. Go to PA-API scratchpad.
2. Select Item Search from the sidebar menu.
3. Enter your Associate Tag, Access Key & Secret key.
4. Enter any relevant keyword in the “Keywords” field under ItemSearch section & click on “HitRequest.
5. Please share the screenshot of the response.Also, apart from following please share the below details with us:
1. WordPress version
2. Plugin version
3. Browser version
4. Is the issue being faced on a specifc browser or all browsers?
5. PHP version
