    Hey,

Thank you for releasing the new version. I could save my settings, so it is working for me.

I have a few questions, though, since I am new to this plugin.

    1. The image source looks like this src=”https://i1.wp.com/images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/something.jpg?w=940&ssl=1” What’s i1.wp.com and ?w=940&ssl=1?
    2. How can I resize the image, so it would nicely fit my template?
    3. The link makes my SubscriptionId public. Is it possible to use the short link provided in the SiteStripe? I find it more elegant.
    4. Is it possible to use a product image other than the first (featured) one?

    Many thanks!

    Dear @lauratraveler,

Thanks for your feedback. Below are the answers to your questions:

    1. The i.wp.com , ssl=1 are added by Photon in Jetpack. You can look on Jetpack site about their usages and how to disable them if you want.
    2. You have to create a custom template by cloning original template on Plugin’s Templates page. Further you need to adjust CSS to resize the image. This forum post might help you.
    3. There is no issue in making SubscriptionId public. Currently there is no plan to provide short links.
    4. No as of now, it’s not possible to use a product image other than the one provided.

    Thank you!

    1. I’m not sure how to disable the i.wp.com and ssl=1 added by Photon in Jetpack, so my question is if it’s okay to leave the links like this, with i.wp.com and ssl=1. They are still hosted on Amazon’s servers, aren’t they? So it shouldn’t be in violation of Amazon rules, right? The i.wp.com and ssl=1 don’t bother me if they don’t bother you/Amazon.

    3. As per my 3rd question… Would it be okay for me to manually add the short links then? Like insert a product image using the plugin and then add the short link manually as provided by the SiteStripe. I’m not saying I will bother with this since it certainly is more work for me, but I’d like to know my options and what it is permitted or isn’t.

    Thank you!
