Please update to latest plugin version first and if that doesn’t solve the issue, please answer the following to help us to debug the issue:

1. Browser version on which you are facing the issue.
2. Does the issue occur on all browsers or only a specific browser?
3. PHP version (You can use plugins like display PHP version that display your PHP version on the WordPress dashboard)
4. WordPress version
5. Steps to reproduce the issue
6. PHP error logs
7. List of plugins installed on your system
8. Operating System version(OS version).
9. Browser console log error (if any) generated at the time of the error. Steps to get the console logs:

• Open the Console window in Chrome using Ctrl + Shift + J (or Cmd + Opt + J on Mac) Follow this for reference.
• Hit the Save button and check the console log errors

Send us the console log as it is. The easiest way is if you can send us a screenshot of the complete console log error list.

The issue that you are facing is because AdBlockPlus filtering list named EasyList has added all the CSS & JS of the plugin into their blocking list in this week. You can check this by disabling AdBlocker and everything will work fine.

In order to make you wesbite work with Adblocker, you can request Ad-Blocker to remove ‘.aalb-pa-ad-unit, amazon-associates-link- & ProductAd’ from their filtering list. You can report this over their forum or raise an issue on their github stating that these are part of your content.

In case you are still facing issue after disabling the ad-blocking plugin, please feel free to reopen this thread.

Regarding Product Link not working:
In the shortcode shared above, we can’t see any field named “text”. In general product link shortcodes looks something like the one in below Product Link ad for Echo:
[amazon_link asin='B06XCM9LJ4' text='echo' template='ProductLink' store='usstore-20' marketplace='US' link_id='xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx']

Your Product link Ad will not show anything if there is no text field set. This field is added by default on generating shortcode using default Product Link template.

Dear @richkua,

We didn’t test for support on InternetExplorer(IE) 8 as its a really old browser. Please update to latest version of IE.
