In reply to: [Ultimate FAQ Accordion Plugin] FAQs being duplicated / not collapsingThe client ended up solving this for themselves. There was a bad link in one of the FAQs that somehow broke the functionality for all FAQs that followed.

Thanks for the follow up.
1) The only other shortcode that is embedded on some FAQs are for Reusable Text Blocks – https://wordpress.org/plugins/reusable-text-blocks/
2) “How do I become a cruelty investigator?” belongs to 3 categories.
3) These were both set to “No”. I set them both to “Yes” and there are no more duplicates. However, the client had preferred for these FAQs to be opened by default.Thanks and just let me know if there’s any other info I can provide to help.

As you can see, these questions have been assigned to and appear within categories. However, some of the FAQs are being duplicated outside of the top level category.
Just let me know if there’s anything else I can do to help troubleshoot this situation.
