Is my problem due to this?

Hi @ultimatemembersupport,

Perhaps this is because I am using the default user template?

I have tried installing 1.3.29 and am having the same problem

Hi @ultimatemembersupport,

I have now removed the second unique profiles. This was only done for testing purposes.

When I input information into the profile and save it, nothing appears, as mentioned before. However, when I click edit to edit this information, no information appears other than the first and last name.

I have changed the unique profiles for different user roles, as shown in this picture:

Maybe I could try an older Ultimate Version to see if I have the same problem?

I added a second profile from below to see if that would help, but it also displays nothing, as can been seen.

Hi,

I have deactivated all plugins apart from Ultimate Member and I have changed the theme to genesis. I seem to still be having the same problem unfortunately.

The user tab I mentioned is the following:

I have added details to her profile, including education and location, but they don’t seem to be working. I have attached a screenshot:

Do you know what the problem may be? This is a feature I really valued in the plugin.

I have been trying everything to show the newly created data taken from the profile form in the user tab.

I am also struggling to delete a row of information in the profile form tab. I click the trash can and nothing seems to happen. This is true for all rows of information.
