I have been trying everything to show the newly created data taken from the profile form in the user tab.
I am also struggling to delete a row of information in the profile form tab. I click the trash can and nothing seems to happen. This is true for all rows of information.

I’m not sure what User tab you are referring to, all info from the profile form goes to the About tab.
Issues with the deletion may be caused by the plugin or theme conflicts, please do a quick conflict test and see if it helps.
Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure.

I have deactivated all plugins apart from Ultimate Member and I have changed the theme to genesis. I seem to still be having the same problem unfortunately.
The user tab I mentioned is the following:

I have added details to her profile, including education and location, but they don’t seem to be working. I have attached a screenshot:

Do you know what the problem may be? This is a feature I really valued in the plugin.

I added a second profile from below to see if that would help, but it also displays nothing, as can been seen.
