In reply to: Blank screen after updating to 3.3.2Problem solved. I tried installing wordpress in a new folder, and when I uploaded the old database the blank screen appeared again. Guess a plugin somehow corrupted the database. Thanks everyone!

I tried changing the options you mentioned to “twentyeleven”. Nothing changed, I still get the blank page.
Just a question; I had to rewrite my .htaccess because it got corrupted (I was using pretty permalinks). I reuploaded it but that didn’t work, but now I have a doubt: in which directory exactly should I upload this .htaccess?Forum: Installing WordPress

I checked my error log after working around every possibile file again. Now the error is “File does not exists”.

I tried deactivating all my plugins, and I get missed schedule. I also tried switching to the default plugin, but still I get missed schedule.
I also tried changing permission to files, but it didn’t work… and my host told me that I have to ask on WP forums.

It worked even with WP 2.8.5, but if I activate a plugin for smtp mails (no matter which plugin I try) I get a blank page on my index page. Both plugins are critical for my blog, since I need an a-z index for my posts (a run a book reviews blog) and smtp plugin is necessary, otherwise my users won’t get emails. I also tried the changed files posted here, but that didn’t fix the problem; actually now in my index page there are no alphabetical links. Any idea?
