That was my original plan of contacting them but they say they only have a team of 10 answering thousands of e-mails per day so they have shut down support for the time being. I was just seeing if anyone knew the support e-mail or a way to get in contact with them.

ftp isn’t working its just taking me to the main page. i have tried doing http://www.mikealder.com/wp-config.php as well (that takes me to a black white page) I set up my hosting through bluehost.com and they step up my wordpress account, even though i had one already made.
Any other ideas?
