Cancel upgrade

I have been trying to figure out how to build a website. I have transferred from host to host and had been wanting to use WordPress but realized it isn’t very user friendly. I did a paid upgrade for $13 for domain mapping and now i don’t want my domain mapped to wordpress anymore because i am converting my domain over to wix.com. How do i contact support and/or cancel this on my oen?
