when we installed a fresh plugin and activate plugin gave error like
“The plugin does not have a valid header.”

i am using add this smart layer and What’s Next and Recommended Content Layers are not showing .. i have configured it 2 days ago there is a message display that 24 hours need to appear recommended content and whats next but 2 days aleready have been passed but its now appeared.
please help

first you can check in setting what size is set in your upload file size.
you can go to “Settings” on the network admin dashboard click on the setting option and in the bottom there is a option “Upload Settings”
and there is also a option “Max upload file size” try to set the size of uploading files

you are installing new wordpress?
wordpress doest take that much time. its hardly take to 15 mins to install.
if you install new wordpress then you also install it manually like you can download wordpress from wordpress.org and upload it into your public_html folder aand then create a database. from cpanel.
