Help, I cannot do anything!! And because the ‘help’ button is one that doesn’t work, I can’t get help either.

It is maintenance mode, but I am clicking on ‘view page’ from the edit screen. It seems to work on other pages I have updated, just not one particular page. Is there a setting that locks a page in wordpress?
