It’s unfortunately not that simple. The validation server of “outofthebox” is not reachable. I discussed that with my provider, they had no issues on their side. As I said, there is zero support from “outofthebox” and they don’t refund the money, altough their website says: “
We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all of our themes. We will provide a full refund in the following cases:
- If the purchase didn’t satisfy your needs.
- If you had technical difficulty using the theme that could not be resolved by support.”
