I’m sorry you feel this way. Would you be so kind in letting us know what you needed and couldn’t find in the free version?
We’re happy to help you integrate Profile Builder in your project. You can also get in touch with our support and we’ll do our best to answer any Profile Builder related questions.
I would really appreciate your feedback and changing your opinion versus giving the plugin a failing grade, which should be reserved for plugins with weak support, unresolved bugs, security issues, or not following WordPress standards. Definitely not the case for this plugin.
Thanks and have a great day,

Hello,
Just a quick update, conditional logic is now available in Profile Builder.
I wrote an article explaining how to add conditional logic to registration forms:
https://www.cozmoslabs.com/63462-conditional-logic-user-registration-forms-profile-builder/You can also check out the documentation link for conditional fields.
Hi,
Could you please get in touch here regarding your questions? One of my colleagues will reply shortly.
These forums are reserved for the free version only, and it’s against the forum rules to offer support/info regarding the paid versions.
Thank you for your understanding,
Did you update the Select2 add-on as well?
If you have any other Profile Builder add-ons installed, please make sure to update them as well.If the issue persists please get in touch here and we’ll do our best in helping you fix this.
I’ve just tested and the account seems to be created now.
It probably was caused by an incompatibility with another plugin.
I’ll mark this issue as resolved, if you need help with anything else, please let me know.
Thanks for pointing this out.
It has been fixed in the latest version. Please make sure to update both the Select2 add-on as well as the main plugin.
Best regards,
This can happen sometimes when you copy/paste the shortcode directly to the visual editor in WP, instead of the Text one.
Some unwanted extra characters are added which can mess up the rendering.Hello,
Thanks for giving us a second chance.
If you wish to change your rating, simply go to the review page, and your review will be at the bottom.
You edit it as desired, and submit again. It should work.
Glad I could help! I’m available if you have any other questions related to the plugin.
Also, I would appreciate if you could update your review based on the already existing functionality which I highlighted.
Thanks and regards,
Hi,
Thank you for your review. There’s also a log-out page shortcode available, [wppb-logout] – for adding the logout functionality.
Also, if you wish to display dynamic menus (with different pages) based on logged in status you should look into Custom Profile Menus add-on.
If you have any other questions, please open a ticket in the forums and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Best regards,
Hi,
You can edit the success message via the free Labels Edit add-on.There are also hooks in place to filter all the success messages, just let me know which one you want to filter and I’ll send you a code snippet.
The reason we used hooks or a dedicated add-on for this is because we didn’t want to overload the interface and keep it light for people who don’t need this specific functionality.
Since we’re constantly improving the plugin based on user feedback, I would also love to hear the other options you feel are missing from it.
Thanks and regards,
The free version does support adding a recover password form via the [wppb-recover-password] shortcode.
Also, you can add a Lost password link below the Login form using shortcode parameters like this: [wppb-login register_url=”www.yoursite.com” lostpassword_url=”www.yoursite.com”].
If you need help with anything else, please get in touch via the support form.
In accordance to the things mentioned above, I would really appreciate changing your opinion versus giving the plugin a failing grade.
Thanks and regards,
At this point no, but it’s on our development to-do list. It should be implemented in the next month or so, and will be available in a future update.
Thanks for suggesting this and we’ll try to let you know once it’s out.
Best regards,
No, but you can create a page and display the [wppb-register] or [wppb-edit-profile] shortcodes based on logged in status using this plugin in combination with Profile Builder.
Hi,
Just a quick heads-up that we released the Social Connect add-on for Profile Builder.Using it users will be able to sign up & register for your site using platform like Facebook, Google+ or Twitter. More info can be found in the documentation page.
