I don’t have a complete solution but Jonathan who fixed it for me, from ‘thedesignworks’ in Kendal, says
“A function which changes the admin email address and name to ”81words.net ” was overriding the Contact form 7 from name and address.”
This is beyond my abilities but maybe it will help you.

Um… I’m fairly new to WordPress so this may be just too obvious, but what have you entered under Settings>Reading?
You should be able to set Front page as “home page” (or whatever you have called it) and Posts page to “Episodes”.
