Thank you for writing in and we apologize for the late response.
We have double checked the google counter and we couldn’t find any issues. So we assume there might be some misconfiguration in the plugin or in the google plus page or google API account. So please follow below instructions once again to setup the google counter in the plugin.
We hope the API key that you paste in the plugin’s field were correct without any spaces along with your google+ profile ID.
Please check it once again for the confirmation.After the above steps, the counter will display you google+ total count.
If still, the count is not displaying then there may be a privacy issue within the google+ account.
You may need to public some of your settings in it.
Please chek in the below screenshot:On the profile settings, please enable all those settings as shown in the screenshot.
You can also check the below video tutorials for easy configurations reference.
If you are still facing the issue, please let us know.

Thank you for writing in and thank you very much for the suggestion.
Currently, our plugin includes the major social medias which are useful for majority of the websites so we are currently unable to add country specific social medias because it may not be useful for other plugin users.
But still, if we get requests from other plugin users regarding this social media and if the requested social media does provides API to fetch the count then we will try to come up with that social media in our future updates.

With WPML setup, do you mean multiple FB and Twitter accounts for different language ? If yes, then currently, our plugin only supports single account configuration.

We really appreciate you writing in.
Did you meant adding css class to create parallax effect on page. If so, we would kindly like to suggest your that parallax effect can be achieved only by adding id in link section. We hope you understand.
Else, if you meant adding custom css class to style the menu, we don’t have option to add menu css class in the floating menu build section up until our current version of plugin.

We have checked the issue on your site.
The issue is appearing due to the CSS conflict with your theme’s CSS.
Please remove the CSS written on line no 994 of theme/canvas/style.css
This should fix the issue.

Bloger is relative a simple blog theme that does not require so much of settings so i wonder why you need to have an option of dummy content.
Also it is a free theme so it depends on the author of theme to decide what feature to add or not as it is a free contribution and every author might not have same amount to time as other to contribute. However we are planning to add the feature of the demo import feature in upcoming releases.
The share button you are viewing but be generated by some plugin like jetpack or other so you are seeing a button with different design. So once you deactivate the plugin, the theme default social share button will appear.
We believe that this theme does not deserve a one star so we hope you would consider your rating.

It seems the plugin that you are mentioning is not available in the wordpress.org plugin repository. If your plugin was already on the wordpress.org repostiory, then our plugin won’t have been approved by the WordPress.
And beside wordpress.org repository, there may be many other plugins with the same name which we won’t be able to figure out. That’s the reason of name collision and we assume it was not intentional at all.
And regarding changing the name in the wordpress.org repository, the name of the plugin is already different from the conflicted plugin. The conflict is only due to the slug of the plugin. And as per the wordpress.org slug changing mechanism, the plugin must be shutdown and resubmitted again to change the slug which is not feasible at all from our end. So we suggest you to change the slug of the plugin files from your end to avoid future conflicts because that plugin is not available in the wordpress.org repository.

Can you please mention in posts or pages you want to display the social shares? Have you configured the appearance of the social share icons in the share options and display settings tabs in the plugin’s backend settings?
