Can you please provide us your site URL where you have implemented our plugin. Our plugin doesn’t fetch anything from 1.gravatar.com so it might not be the issue.
Have you enabled the cache period for the share counter so that it won’t affect your site load? But for the first time while fetching the share counts from API it might take time.

Sorry for the delay in reply. We have fixed the issue by displaying only slider caption title text and hiding the caption description text in our latest theme update. Displaying both text in mobile devices doesn’t look good. So, we have made these changes. Can you please reconsider in reviewing the theme and provide 5 stars for the theme. Your comments and supports are always welcome.

By default the newest article should appear first. Mean that the article at the top of the list should appear first.
We tested it again and found it to be working properly. May some of the plugin that you are using might have cause to appear it in reverse order!

To display the twitter share count you need to use the third party API to fetch share counts.
You can use either OpenShareCount(http://opensharecount.com/) or NewShareCounts(http://newsharecounts.com/) to make the twitter share count appear in your site.
Please go to the miscellaneous settings and select any one option to display twitter share count.
