Hello there,

Thanks for writing back.

Looks like there is some plugins conflict due to which the 2 popups for the twitter share is appearing. Can you please email us your site url to our support mail support@accesspressthemes.com so that we can check the issue.

Also regarding 2nd issue with twitter sharing can you please elaborate your issue more clearly with some screenshots so that we can understand more clearly.

Hello there,

Have you kept the board widget using shortcode or using wordpress widget?

The issue might appear if your board url is not correct, Please check your board url once. If still issue appearing. Can you please send us your site url to our support mail support@accesspressthemes.com and we will check.

Hello there,

Thank you for writing in.

That may be due to the custom sizes defined by the theme and our plugin may not identify the custom sizes defined by the theme.

Can you please use the below plugin to regenerate the thumbnails for the images that are uploaded by our plugin ? If the thumbnails are regenerated of all the proper sizes that are defined by theme too then the it should show proper size of image in the frontend post detail page or post listing page.

And regarding media to show the thumbnails of the image, the logged in user should have the upload_media capability. The roles such as administartor and editor will have the upload_media capability and others won’t be able to use it.
