For the facebook API version 2.4 the plugin should work fine. Have you cleared the cache counter after updating facebook app id and app secret?

But still if you are not getting facebook counter can you please email us your site url to our support mail support@accesspressthemes.com so that we can check the issue in your site?

Our social share plugin does not provide the instagram share counts. So we suspect you are asking about the plugin “Accesspress social counter”. To display the followers count have you used [aps-counter theme=”theme-1″] after selecting only instagram in the backend settings?

We have just checked the youtube.png image size for icon set 5 and it’s of size 1.51KB only. Do you really need to compress it further?
