@danish1994, it seems those API credentials are now called API ID and API Secret respectively. I’ve updated the setup to reflect same.

Sorry for the error you’re facing.
HTTP 401 error indicates that the Hubtel Payment gateway was unable to authenticate the payment request.Kindly ensure that you’re thorough with the plugin setup, especially the API keys and Merchant setup details. See info here
Let me know if this works for you. You may also share screenshots of your current setup for assistance.
Hello @elistech, apologies for the delayed response. Kindly note that HTTP 400 is a client-side error. It may indicate a problem with your request body to the Hubtel Payment Processor. Kindly check and ensure that all plugin and your checkout fields have been provided with the correct information. Hope this helps.
Hello @mardillu, please note that this is an open source plugin and contribution from others to improve it is desired. I hope you don’t mind making a pull request with your new additions to also assist if you don’t min?

In reply to: [Hubtel Payments WooCommerce Gateway] Event Call back URLHellow @rafi1995, do note that the plugin handles the callback for you. Hence, there’s no need for you to update the Hubtel portal with any event callback URL. FYI, the event callback URL on the Hubtel portal is not for payments. It is an SMS webhook.
What is the specific error message you’re receiving? Also ensure all fields in the Payment Gateway setup on WooCommerce are filled. Do not leave any field blank.

In reply to: [Hubtel Payments WooCommerce Gateway] Could not reach payment gatewayYou’re required to provide a url so the customer can be redirected to your website when checkout is completed or cancelled. There’s a field for it in the Woocommerce settings page in your admin dashboard. Please follow the installation instructions to the letter.

In reply to: [Hubtel Payments WooCommerce Gateway] Works perfectlyYour request is noted. Thanks.
@sbassah, many thanks for your issue. My checks show that the redirection to merchant website works fine. A few things you may want to take note of:
- Hubtel performs a 15 seconds delay, before actual redirection is done. See this image for more info.
- Also ensure that your WooCommerce shop setup is complete as this plugin redirects to an order received page. See image for info. But if you want it to redirect to a page other than this page, then you may have to consult your developer for assistance.
Check these and if issue still persists, let me know and I’ll be happy to assist further.
