Thank you for writing to us and we are really sorry for the late response because of changes in the support forum rules for replying the support request.

Our plugin can be used to submit the post from frontend but our plugin doesn’t have the control over how post is displayed in the frontend and the post submitted from our plugin should display as same as the post added from backend.

Can you please check if the post that you have added from the backend shows the featured image or not in the post detail page? If not then you might need to check with the theme’s support or you can also check the single.php template file inside your active theme.
