i followed the same steps using 2012, wp 4.3.1, fresh instance of TE. Plugin works fine and retains saved settings

The issue was resolved and appeared to be due to a plugin conflict. All working and all great now !

In reply to: [Timeline Express] Plugin doesn't work after upgrading to WP 4.3I may be able to save some time: i deactivated Yoast and the timeline showed up again. I deleted the cache (wp supercache) and reactivated yoast. all seems to be working again.

In reply to: [Timeline Express] Plugin doesn't work after upgrading to WP 4.3I have the same issue. No changes to plugins, caching or any other aspect of the site. Upgraded to 4.3 and the timeline disappeared. The shortcode is still on the page, but not displaying on the front end.
