here ‘services’ in the top nav should be orange as well as in the footer nav, and it’s not as you can tell.
The site still needs a bit of work but you will get a rough idea

did you have the same problem before your 3.0 upgrade? I had a similar problem (but only with IE and can’t remember whether it was before or after 3.0) which was called by an error caused by the way I called my style sheets.
