hi support i realized in order for the zoom to work, i have to upload the image in 2000×3000 px. May i know whats the recommended or right size i should use for landscape and portrait?

there was a bad behavior in the previous version: if the zoom image wasn’t large enough to be shown inside the zoom area, the empty spaces were filled with the same image, resulting on tiled effect.
In the current version, 1.1.6, if the image size isn’t big enough to fill the zoom image, the remaining spaces will be left empty.
Anyway as general tip, remember that if you change the image size in the plugin settings, these new values will be applied only to the new images, not the previous ones (for those, please regenerate your thumbnails).
On premium version, we have added new settings like disabling the plugin on specific products or product categories.
