    Hi,
    I want to know how to connect WSDesk plugin with Zapier Webhook.

    Hi,

    It is possible to integrate WSDesk with any third party application using the WSdesk API. If it is possible to get the data from Zapier using a hook, then it is possible to integrate WSDesk with any third party forms and plugin as mentioned in the following article-> https://wsdesk.com/use-wsdesk-create-ticket-api-third-party-forms-plugins/

    Thank you for your replay.
    But i want to connect WSDesk default form with zapier webhook. I don’t want to use any third party forms and plugin.

    So please help how to connect WSDesk form with zapier webhook.

    Hi,

    We are talking about the Zapier webhooks.If you could grab the data from Zapier using Zapier webhooks, then you can pass it to WSDesk API and you can create tickets.
