Youtube – add option for default quality

Hi eldenroot, there are several parameters available to control various elements of the Youtube player. You can find them on https://developers.google.com/youtube/player_parameters

I think you might find the &hd=1 parameter useful for your case but as I understand from the description, it is ‘deprecated’ so it might not always work any more…
