Hello
I have a problem with Jetpack which keeps telling me that I am disconnected from WOrdpress (when it is not).

The banner phrase “Your connection with WordPress.com seems to be broken. If you’re experiencing issues, please try reconnecting.”

I reconnect each time but it starts over and over again.
I wondered if it wasn’t because of LScache (the cache getting empty).
Do you have any idea why? Is this a known problem?

Hi there,

It looks like the SecuPress plugin is blocking access to XML-RPC on your site:

https://editionslalchimiste.com/xmlrpc.php

Jetpack uses that service to communicate with your site, so it won’t work if that is disabled or being blocked. You’ll need to tell that plugin to allow Jetpack connections – most popular security plugins have an option like that.

Please contact support for that plugin directly for help if you can’t find where to do that.

Are you sur it is Secupress ? Because I checked and I don’t see that the XML6RPC blocked…
But you are righ there is something wrong with the second test (the first one is good but not the second one)

Could it be Lscache ?

The most weid that is in Jetpakc Setup, it is shown it : your site is connected to WordPress” etc.

and for now the headband has dispear too… I didn’t do anything…

Are you sur it is Secupress ?

Try to visit https://editionslalchimiste.com/xmlrpc.php in your browser. It says SecuPress in big letters at the top of that error page:

And the Jetpack debugger at https://tools.jetpack.com/debug/?url=https://editionslalchimiste.com/ likewise show we’re unable to communicate to your site, because we cannot access XML-RPC.

The most weid that is in Jetpakc Setup, it is shown it : your site is connected to WordPress” etc.

All that shows is that the connection exists. That doesn’t mean the connection is working at this time.
