Yes that should be possible. Imagine we have this filled in for the Yoast title:

And changed the g:title field mapping to this:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/0jlhynq5pexncxw/Yoast-title-2.png?dl=0

After refreshing the feed it looks like this:

In the free version of our plugin constructing the title like you need is not possible.
