    Hi,

I’m currently evaluating PMS for a site that wants to offer subscriptions based on calendar years rather than 365 days of membership from the time of registration. Is there anyway I could make this happen with PMS? For example: if someone registered July 1, 2016 or November 1, 2016 they’d be a member until December 31, 2016 and have to purchase a 2017 membership if they wanted to continue their membership in 2017.

  • Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

For the moment we don’t have this feature inside PMS.

If you setup a Subscription Plan duration to 1 year and one user (usr01) subscribes on January 1st 2016 he will have access to restricted content until January 1st 2017. If another users (usr02) subscribes to the same plan on January 2nd 2016 he will have access to restricted content until January 2nd 2017.

I know this is not an optimal solution but you can go to PMS -> Members -> Usr02 and edit the Expiration Date of the purchased Subscription Plan to January 1st 2017. The downside is the fact that you have to do this manually for each user.

I added your request in our Feature Requests List and the dev team will implement it in future updates.

    Best regards,

Hi Teodor – has this featured been implemented ?
I have the same issue, where the Membership is valid based on a January 1 to December 31st year.
