    What is “Layout” in this instance? If it is not the parent of, or a taxonomy term for “No Sidebar Content Centered”, then it probably will not show up in the breadcrumb trail. If you want the breadcrumb trail to follow the layout of your menu, you either will want to organize the content to the menu reflects the content organization. Otherwise, you will want to use the Breadcrumb NavXT Menu Magic extension plugin, which allows you to set a menu for Breadcrumb NavXT to follow.
